“Very affordable tool compared to other remote desktop solutions.”

Pros : Teamviewer allows connecting to a computer from any device with a simple ID and password. It is a very high value tool to have in the market today. It includes all the features of a good remote desktop tool, and also comes with a lot of free add-on features.

Cons : There's not much to dislike when working with TeamViewer. However, in older versions of this service you could actually see the cursor from the remote device/system, but in newer versions this was removed.

Pros : It is extremely easy to use and fast. It allows connecting to a computer from any device with a simple ID and password. It includes all the features of a good remote desktop tool, and also comes with a lot of free add-on features.

Cons : Sometimes touch gestures can be a bit hard to replicate on remote places.

“time saver”

Pros : They supplied me with keys for the software literally by return mail. After finding that my system was not compatible with the software after using their excellent communications (reply's to emails within the hour), they offered a full refund. that is what I call customer service and I highly recommend them. I will buy from them again should I need more software.

“One of the best remote access software - Teamviewer Review”

Pros : It has all the features that are necessary for a remote desktop software. It also has some additional features, which can be used in special scenarios. It works on all devices.

Cons : The limitations for the free version for IT specialists is that you're limited to supporting one client. Teamviewer licenses are expensive and there are other applications that are more cost-effective.

“Reviews on Teamviewer”

Pros : Teamviewer is really easy to use and I don't have to worry about it on my home computer. I can spend my time working on my business instead of worrying about home related issues.

Cons : The only downside of this service is that when the internet speed is slow, it takes a long time to load which can be frustrating.

“Good product for desktop management!”

Pros : Teamviewer software is a great alternative to other remote software products on the market because it allows customers to not only text files but also voice chat with your computer.

Cons : It is quiet expensive and software can wrongly detect that you are a business and block further access until you pay for a license.

“Great Remote Support Software”

Pros : The set up is straightforward. I have been able to walk complete novices through downloading and installing. Security is very good.

Cons : My biggest issue is the price of the full professional version.
