“The best payment gateway software available in the market.”

Pros : I have used Stripe to collect payments for my store several times. It is great for anyone who wants to start a business online. If you have a store, you must use Stripe! I highly recommend it for any business looking to collect payments online, and I think its pricing is also very competitive.

Cons : If they offer some discounts, that would be great.

Reason to switch : Large files used to lag a lot, many a times crash also, and then they didn’t even reopen.

Pros : I have been using Stripe and the best thing I like about it is that it is really fast, secure, convenient, and easy to integrate with. It supports multiple methods of payment, including credit and debit cards, along with other online payment modes. It also offers data analytics and fraud prevention tools to assist online businesses in increasing sales and minimizing online fraud.

Cons : It can offer more accurate data for analysis.

Cons : I believe that they can offer a few more functionalities that would make it really amazing.

Cons : I haven't come across any drawbacks with Stripe Payments. It fulfills all my needs effortlessly.

Reason to switch : I chose Stripe Payments for its seamless integration into my EMR platform and its intuitive interface, which makes managing payments straightforward and efficient.

“Stripe Payments is Universal and Easy to Use”

Pros : I love that Stripe Payments works with almost every app out there without needing extra tools like Zapier. It makes life so much easier, especially when setting up clients. The whole process is smooth and straightforward.

Cons : The only drawback I’ve faced is when someone flooded our payment page with small transactions, and getting help from technical support was a bit slow.

Cons : There's nothing wrong with it. The dashboard is user-friendly and convenient. I just need to spend a bit of time learning how to use all its features.

Cons : The convenience fee a bit annoying for customers using this payment gateway. There are also issues with customer account holds. When dealing with chargebacks, it can be time-consuming and costly, sometimes leading to lost revenue and extra charges. Furthermore, the account freezes by Stripe can sometimes disrupt business operations until they are resolved.

Reason to switch : I chose Stripe for its ease of use, especially for integrating payments on websites and apps, and its strong support for international transactions.

Pros : Stripe offers a bunch of products and easy ways to integrate payments into any business. It's super flexible and you can customize it to fit your specific needs. Great for different types of transactions and easy to use overall.

Cons : Getting PCI compliance with Stripe is confusing. I've been with them for over two years and still can't get clear answers on what's needed. Their customer support doesn't seem to know much about it either. They make it sound like they handle all PCI compliance, but that's not true. Merchants still need to go through the whole PCI process themselves, especially with the new PCI 4.0 requirements.
