If you already use Square tools, their payroll software fits right in. It automates taxes and employee payments, and the mobile app allows me to handle payroll on the go. It’s also available in all 50 states, which is helpful for businesses with remote workers.

Pros : I appreciate that Square Payroll has made it easy to handle everything, from employee payments to tax filings. It links well with the Square tools I already use for my business, so I didn’t have to change anything about my setup. The free migration from my old software was a bonus and made switching over pretty hassle-free.

Cons : The reporting options aren’t as detailed as I would have liked. Also, there’s only one plan for employee payroll, so if you need more customization, this might be an issue. The lack of a free trial was also a bit of a concern when I first signed up.
