“Managing Payroll with Ease!”
Pros : I love how easy RUN Powered by ADP has made it to manage payroll for my organization. Making changes to employee deductions and reviewing tax information is quick and simple, which wasn’t the case with the previous provider. I no longer have to send a bunch of emails to get things done, and I can check my records as often as I need. I also appreciate that the platform is user-friendly enough that I can run payroll multiple times a week without any hassle.
Cons : The only issue I had was not knowing who to contact when there was a change in account management. It would have been helpful to have that communicated more clearly.

Reason to switch : I wanted a platform where I could handle payroll changes more directly without waiting for outside assistance.

“ADP Makes Payroll Stress-Free!”
Pros : What I appreciate most about RUN by ADP is how easy it is to onboard new employees. They can input their information themselves, which saves me a lot of time. Plus, I love the reminders the system sends when payroll is due, which keeps everything running smoothly. After switching from QuickBooks, I noticed how much simpler ADP made everything, and now I can’t imagine going back to my old system. The interface is well-organized, and everything is easy to find, making my job a lot easier.
Cons : The only thing I can think of is that viewing pay stubs requires a download. It’s not a huge issue, but it can be a little annoying when I just want to quickly check something.
Switched from : PayEdge
Reason to switch : I found that QuickBooks wasn’t as efficient for processing weekly payroll. ADP was a smoother option with more automation.

“A Comprehensive Payroll System!”
Pros : I’ve been using ADP for over a year now, and I have to say it’s made running payroll for my small business a lot easier. I love the mobile app because I can handle payroll on the go, which has been a lifesaver on busy days. The employee self-service feature is great too, as it lets my staff manage their own information without needing to ask me every time. ADP has definitely streamlined a lot of the payroll and HR tasks that used to eat up so much of my time.
Cons : The tax filing process can be a little complicated at times. Although the ADP team is helpful, it can be frustrating if you need to dig through a bunch of options to find the solution you need.

Reason to switch : Wave was too limited in features, so ADP was a better option as my business grew.

“Timely Payroll Equals Happy Team!”
Pros : The best part of RUN by ADP is how quickly and accurately my team gets paid. There’s no guessing, no confusion, and no delay. Each department has a clear section in the system, which makes setting up employees or reviewing payroll a breeze. I also rely on it for HR-related questions, which saves me from having to deal with multiple systems. The ease of using RUN has really made managing my business smoother, and knowing my team is happy with their paychecks is the cherry on top!
Cons : One frustration is the long hold times when I need to call customer support. While the support is excellent once you get through, it can take longer than I’d like to get help at busy times.

Reason to switch : We switched to ADP because it offered better employee payroll tracking and HR integration than Paycare.

“Smooth Transition to ADP!”
Pros : After switching to ADP, I found the whole experience super easy. I’ve only been using it for a few months, but the integration process was flawless, and getting payroll up and running for all our locations was surprisingly simple. The home page is one of my favorite features because it gives me an overview of everything—upcoming payroll, past reports, and any tasks I need to complete. Customer support is also very responsive, and I find the chat feature particularly helpful.
Cons : The only thing that slows me down is the constant need to verify my account through email codes. While I get the security reasons, it’s a bit disruptive to have to pause what I’m doing for it.
Switched from : Paylocity
Reason to switch : Paylocity wasn’t as smooth with handling payroll across multiple locations, so ADP was a better option for us.

“Great Platform with Outstanding Support!”
Pros : ADP’s payroll platform is really a great value for the money. What stands out is the customer support. They don’t rush you through your questions, and they really make sure you understand everything before moving forward. I only run payroll a few times a year, as we’re a seasonal business, but ADP makes it easy to log in and do what I need without hassle. The online portal is simple, and my staff loves being able to access their pay stubs and update their personal information on their own.
Cons : Honestly, there’s not much I can say I dislike about the platform—it works really well for what I need.

Reason to switch : ADP offered more support and guidance compared to Intuit, which is important for our small, seasonal business.

“A Reliable Business Partner!”
Pros : ADP makes payroll super straightforward, and I know my clients are in good hands. I run payroll for multiple clients, and ADP has taken a lot of the burden off me by handling all the back-office tasks. Knowing that they assume full responsibility if something goes wrong gives my clients peace of mind. The platform is easy to set up, and I can always count on customer support when issues arise. ADP really helps me keep everything in check.
Cons : I don’t have any major dislikes personally, but my business partner finds the frequent changes to the system a bit overwhelming.
Switched from : Gusto HR
Reason to switch : Gusto didn’t offer as much support for handling multiple clients, so ADP was a better fit for our needs.

“Perfect for Small Business Payroll!”
Pros : I really enjoy the ease of using ADP’s chat feature when I have questions. I rarely need to call support, because chat answers most of my concerns right away. My husband and I run a small business, and after switching from PayChex, we found ADP to be a much better fit. ADP made it easy for my husband to pick up payroll quickly, and he’s not a numbers person! Having the support available through Zoom when we first signed up was a big plus.
Cons : The manual check and cash gross-up feature is confusing to me, but I can always rely on the chat for help when I get stuck.
Switched from : Paychex Flex
Reason to switch : PayChex didn’t offer the same level of customer support that we needed as a growing small business.

“Great Support System for Payroll!”
Pros : One of the best things I found about using RUN Powered by ADP is how responsive the support team is. As someone who wasn’t familiar with U.S. payroll systems, ADP has been a huge help. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, whether through email or the chat feature, I’ve always received a quick response. They even walked me through processing payroll over the phone while sharing my screen, making it easier to understand the process. I feel confident that I’m in good hands with their team handling my payroll needs.
Cons : One drawback I encountered was trying to set up my payroll deductions as a non-resident. Since the software doesn’t automatically recognize non-resident status, it took some time and a bit of help from support to get it right. They were helpful, but it’s a feature that could be simplified.

Reason to switch : I needed a reliable payroll system with good customer support to help me as I navigated the U.S. tax system. ADP offered that.

“Super Easy and Reliable!”
Pros : The best thing about RUN Powered by ADP is how it simplifies payroll for my company. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, so I never feel overwhelmed. I also love the reporting tools that let me customize data as needed. It’s convenient that it connects with other ADP services, which helps keep everything from payroll to HR tasks in one place. It takes a lot of stress off my plate when it comes to managing my employees’ payroll and benefits.
Cons : Although it’s generally easy to use, there are moments when the sheer number of features can feel a bit much for someone just starting out.
