“Good Product”

Pros : Quickbooks has great Uptime and downtime alerts will be notified as soon as it goes down.

Cons : The user experience was not as expected compared with the earlier software.

Reason to switch : The excel reports and the uptime and downtime alerts work great with Quickbooks

“only discount option is not available in purchase”

Pros : Because of reconciliation, I can quickly reconcile the books to bank statements.

Cons : auto gst and igst is not working as per other state purchase and sale

“It’s easy to log in from anywhere and add transactions.”

Pros : Overall, I like QuickBooks online. It is be user friendly and can potentially save users a lot of time. I like how the bank transactions download in and you can match or add them individually or automatically. A lot of businesses have a lot of frequent and similar transactions, so I make rules to automatically add them to the books. This also carries over to the reconciliation so I can quickly reconcile the books to bank statements.

Cons : I don’t like how some of the functionality is taken away and given only to QuickBooks support. The payroll center and sales tax center both need some work. Last couple times I called the support team, I was on the phone for hours.

Switched from : Wave Accounting

Reason to switch : Started with a tight budget but after noticing the benefits and features QuickBooks offers decided to go for it.

“The software is easy to use and provides handy tools/add-ons for small businesses.”

Pros : You can easily manage invoices, accounts and payment details with this software. The application has a user-friendly interface and can be used by people from varied backgrounds, irrespective of their age. The platform is of great use to businesses specially growing ones. Overall, I am quite happy with the product.

Cons : Aside from the advantages mentioned above, I am quite unhappy with the support team as we need to wait for hours online waiting to get connected..

Reason to switch : Being in a growth Phase we earlier opted for that but after knowing about QuickBooks and its functionalities opted for this.

“Simple to use”

Pros : Excellent support, reduced need for staff to monitor accounts, time savings, Using specific Quickbooks-integrated software, we can automate data entry tasks and make sales, purchase, and bank entries directly from Excel.

Cons : Will require some time to comprehend the concept of Quickbooks, particularly for accountants who have a Tally focus. Making reports is a little challenging. High-speed internet is also necessary for efficient functioning.

“The software is the best for all types of business owners.”

Pros : You can rely on this application for real-time reporting and cloud based support. Just one click is required for reconciling the gst data and pursue gst filling.

Cons : Small businesses may not be able to manage their work with this application as high-speed internet access is necessary.

Reason to switch : After trying various demo found it to be the most useful one and took the license.
