“Ortto provides perfect support team with a range of features.”

Ortto is user-friendly and feature rich. They have a feature request portal. Their support team is very responsive and helpful. There are some minor limitations with reporting, but they’re likely to fix these soon.

Pros : Ortto is very easy to use and has almost all the features we need. If something is missing, we can request new features, and they often add them based on our feedback.

Cons : Some limitations exist with the reporting feature, rest it’s a highly recommended software from my side.

“Ortto: A Complete Tool with perfect email builder feature.”

Ortto’s email builder is very user-friendly—I set up a full campaign quickly when my previous tool failed. The support team is quick to respond and very helpful. However, I wish there were more creative formatting options.

Pros : Ortto's email builder is easy to use. I quickly understood how it works and set up a campaign in a few hours.

Cons : The email builder needs more creative formatting options.

Reason to switch : I chose Ortto’s because its email builder is better, and the support team is more active as compared to Brevo.

“Excellent for Marketing Automation, but a bit difficult to understand”

Ortto’s saves a lot of time. It did take me a while to get used to all the features. However, once you understand it the tool is good.

Pros : Ortto’s offers a range of features including email marketing, lead management, campaign management and save me a lot of time. Customer support is fast and always ready to assist with any questions.

Cons : It took me a bit of time to get used to all the features.

Reason to switch : Ortto offers more advanced automation features and better customer support compared to Drip.

“Great Product and provides exceptional support”

With over two decades in web development, I’ve rarely seen such excellent customer support. Ortto’s team is knowledgeable and patient. However, the cost is a bit high for smaller businesses.

Pros : Ortto offers perfect customer support. They patiently answered all my pre-sale questions and have been incredibly helpful since I started using the product.

Cons : It can be a bit pricey for smaller businesses like mine.

Reason to switch : I chose Ortto for its outstanding customer support and features.

Ortto’s support team is great, they solve my problems quickly and thoroughly. The platform has many features.

Pros : Ortto's customer service is amazing. They solve issues quickly and provide detailed information, often with videos. I’ve never used such good virtual customer service.

Cons : Personally, I haven’t faced any issue so far.

Reason to switch : I switched to Ortto because it offers more advanced features and a more responsive support team than Mailchimp.

Ortto's interface is really user-friendly, helping me get my work done quickly. Their support team is always available to help with any issues. However, I’ve noticed some small glitches when testing emails.

Pros : The UI is easy to understand, which makes building campaigns very easy. Further, their customer support is good as the team is always ready to help by answering my queries quickly. Also, it allows to automate all the work.

Cons : There are a few minor glitches, especially when testing emails. Sometimes the final product doesn't look quite like the preview, which is annoying.

Reason to switch : I switched because Ortto offers better customer support and a more intuitive interface for building campaigns.
