“Robust enterprise grade marketing automation platform but there is room for improvement”

Pros : Enterprise grade marketing automation tool. Ability to orchestrate multi-channel marketing campaigns. Database management, segmentation, campaign creation is a breeze. Ability to connect with website, CRM platforms, etc. is also quite good.

Cons : Integration with social media channels like facebook, linked in, etc. is limited to audience passing. Hosting of Eloqua is not in India so could impact domestic sms capabilities. Also no native integration with Whatsapp yet. Costs are also higher Vs new tools in the market. New feature development also seems to have slowed down over the years.

Switched from : Pardot

Reason to switch : Campaign canvas and automation capabilities of Eloqua were much better.
