“Worth buying this application”
Pros : User and cost friendly application. Saved my alot time in payroll as well as managing my management role from here. Also they provide a very good support if we stuck anywhere in using application. Recommended to buy application, if you want to manage your HRMS very easily.
Cons : Every month application get new update.

Pros : It is really convenient to use this application as it is user-friendly and the best thing is that we can generate salary slips automatically for all the employees.
Cons : As far as experience with this app has been incredible

Pros : Face Scanning Attendance, Live Tracking & Automated Payroll. This is a very UI-friendly app to manage my team of 20. Attendance and payroll are automated which reduced my major headache. Nice one MyCo!

Reason to switch : I do not need to perform the task. MyCo does it for me.

“Product is good but still half cooked.”
Pros : Many modules of various trades are added without any integration as one. Salaries are still to be done manually. Because many incentives and other perks are to be caculated every time. There is no such facility to do it once for all and avoid redundancy. No complex salaries can be automated. And if asked a very high quote is given. The sale commitments are different than what is actually delivered. This product is good for people who require simpler salaries.
