“Multi-channel support, in my budget”
I have looked at many CRMs that have bulk communication functionality for communicating with my leads. A lot of them were putting a serious dent in my pocket. Kylas offers support for emails, SMS, and WhatsApp at an affordable price, making it a go-to option for all my campaigns. I just imported my leads into the CRM, and it was done. I have now set it up to capture future leads automatically.
Pros : All the major integrations supported, direct bulk emailing from the CRM, creation of templates, and WhatsApp Business bulk messaging.
Cons : More email templates would be a great addition to an already powerful feature.

“Unlimited users, with ton of features”
I have been using Kylas for about three months, and it has been a breeze. I can’t go back to the way things were, as Kylas has become an essential part of our productivity. Other CRMs charge on a per-user basis and are more expensive than Kylas. Unlimited users are perfect for my growing business. I have been thoroughly observing the impact of the CRM on the team, and our numbers have grown across the board. It really makes an impact on your business when all the necessary data is in the place that you need it to be. Collaboration within and amongst teams has increased drastically.
Pros : Lead Management, Sales Automation, Collaboration with teammates & Automation
Cons : Some industry-specific features would really enhance the CRM even more.

“Organizing your calls was the best”
Pros : All the calls are in a single place, call analytics, no need of communication from the employee’s number. Kylas has a feature where we can call our customers directly from the portal. This has helped me so much in keeping track of the number of calls that have taken place. With call recordings, it has become easier to just go back and listen to briefs properly. I can take notes, schedule corresponding meetings, and assign them to my teammates from the portal. While on field visits, I can take calls from the app as well and it all syncs up perfectly.
Cons : Reliant on internet connectivity in the area.
