“Simple navigation and uncomplicated features”

Pros : We were a small sized business but grew rapidly in the pandemic. We had been using biometric devices before the pandemic and desperately needed something that would track attendance when working from home, process payroll as well as performance. Other software on the market had been way too pricey, and their fully packed features were too complicated to understand. We needed something that would be easy to understand and had the features that we needed. Thankfully, we were able to track attendance and process payroll smoothly.

Cons : Had an issue but they’ve solved it.

Reason to switch : No, as we were a small-sized business we could not afford it. As our food chain business grew rapidly in the pandemic, we needed something else.

“Keka makes onboarding easy”

Pros : The platform is really simple to use and intuitive, in my opinion. I value having easy access to all of my HR-related data and duties, such as onboarding process, payroll, benefits enrollment, and time off requests, in one location and I will highly recommend this software with all the company

Cons : According to my experience, the platform has been incredibly reliable and efficient so there is no any cons in this software

Reason to switch : Keka is really simple to use and intuitive software.

“Work effectively and efficiently with this incredible software”

Pros : This smooth and easy-to-use software is best for maintaining work records from different locations and departments. Thanks to its advanced features, I can easily maintain employee records.

Cons : It does not track metrics like sales data and expenses. Switched from: darwinbox - Reason for switching: The user interface of darwinbox is confusing. It’s a little complicated to integrate with third-party applications.

“This software efficiently handles all my tasks and eases all the processes.”

Pros : The cloud-based software can easily integrate with other third-party applications. It is helpful to our team in sharing and transferring all the data to different applications, resulting in smooth functioning.

Cons : The software does not have the ATS system and needs technical assistance while using the software.

“Review Keka HRMS”

Keka HR's intuitive interface and secure automation tools have simplified the management of payroll and personnel records. It wasn't without its difficulties, though; it took some time to get acclimated to all of the capabilities, and occasionally customer service didn't respond as quickly as I had wanted when I needed assistance.

Pros : The automation features are revolutionary; I no longer have to worry about manual calculations, and payroll goes easily and on schedule.

Cons : Customer service from Keka HR can occasionally be slow, which is another problem I've run into. When I've needed assistance, I've frequently received a delayed answer.

Switched from : HR Power

Reason to switch : HR software will help the HR department accomplish its goals and objectives by streamlining administrative processes across functions such as hiring, training, and management of the workforce. The solution aims to increase the productivity and efficiency of HR.

“Best HRMS Tool For employees”

Pros : Tool is best in terms of its IT declaration features and mapping.It has seamless integration with slack was very well appreciated. Overall its good tool for HRMS for an organization who's looking forward to digital solutions for hr.

Cons : I have not find any kind of cons yet.

Reason to switch : This tools has better features and user experience

“Keka review”

Pros : We can found detail history of previous items, attendance sync, timing sync, which is great for our organization.

Cons : If anybody forget to claim com off after 3 days of working day he or she can not allow to do so. I think this rule must be abondoned.

“A must-have software for all HRs”

Pros : This integrated software assists me in collecting data so that I can easily make performance reports. The mobile app helped me to work on a remote basis without any problem.

Cons : The software has some security issues which need to be fixed.

Switched from : greytHR

Reason to switch : After a long period, the software becomes slow and starts lagging. This software takes time to complete even simple work. Then, I decided to switch to Keka HR. Till now, I didn’t face any issues.

Reason to switch : The software's customer service was disappointing, and does not have the advanced features that our company requires.

“Helps me in onboarding employees and in managing the workflow smoothly”

Pros : Keka HR is the best software for the onboarding process. Our HR team can easily create time shifts and allot shits to employees for a better work experience.

Cons : We cannot find old data for future emergencies.

Switched from : HRMS - Numerah

Reason to switch : Freshteam is difficult to use for handling employee's taxes and does not have API access, whereas Keka HR has API access
