Iterable has been a good fit for our business, with plenty of features including visitor tracking, and third-party integration.

Pros : I enjoy using Iterable because it meets all our needs, and they keep adding new features that are helpful. It feels like the platform is growing alongside our business.

“A Versatile Tool That Adapts to Different Needs”

We’ve been using Iterable for nearly two years, and it has been great for both our own communications and our clients’ needs. The platform is flexible, and the support team is responsive and open to feedback.

Pros : Iterable is very adaptable, allowing us to use it for both our direct communications and for our clients’ unique needs.

Cons : A Little complex to understand intially.

“A reliable Tool with Excellent Support”

We’ve had a great experience with Iterable, from the setup process to ongoing use. The platform is easy and the support team is always there to help.

Pros : The team that helped us during the setup and continues to support us has been amazing. The platform itself is simple and easy to use.

Cons : The only issues is that when you update a base template, it doesn’t automatically update in the campaigns where it’s used. This means you have to make the same update twice.

“A Reliable Marketing Tool That Offers Lots of features”

Iterable has been great for building customer journeys and testing them out quickly. With plenty of features and helpful support, it’s been a good choice for us.

Pros : I like that Iterable makes it simple to create and test different customer journeys. The platform comes with many features including email marketing, in app notifications, push notifications and more, Further, the customer support team is always checking in to make sure we're getting the most out of it.

Cons : One thing I wish they had is a better system for hosting images, like what some other platforms offer.

“A Great Tool with Great Support and Useful Features”

Iterable has been a good choice for managing our customer data and journeys. It’s easy to use, and the customer support is excellent. However, there are some features, like setting daily send limits, that I wish were more developed.

Pros : Iterable is easy to use, and I’m impressed with the amount of data it can handle. The customer support, both through the platform and our account representative, has been quick and helpful.

Cons : The customer journey features could be expanded, like adding a daily send limit. 

Reason to switch : We wanted a tool that could handle large amounts of data and had strong customer support.

“I highly recommend this software as it fulfills all my business needs.”

The features are really good, and they’re constantly updating the platform with new features that help with day-to-day tasks.

Pros : Iterable offers a wide set of features like contact management, SMS marketing, campaign optimiation and even more. One thing I’d like to see improved is the ability to save certain design elements for future use.

Cons : No issues so far.

“A Great Tool with Responsive Support ”

we've been using Iterable after trying out other platforms like Mailchimp, and HubSpot. Iterable was easy to learn, and their support team is really good. While there are a few areas where I wish I had more control, like setting up custom events and having better design options.

Pros : I really like its ease of use. It didn't take much time to understand how it works, and their customer support has been outstanding.

Cons : As someone in marketing, I wish I could handle more tasks on my own, like setting up custom events. It would also be nice if the system could automatically choose the best messages to send to users at the right time.There are also some challenges with design options, like font choices and optimizing for dark mode, which could be improved.

Iterable is easy to learn, even if you’re not a technical person. The features are powerful, and they’re constantly updating the platform with new tools that help with day-to-day tasks.

Pros : I like that Iterable doesn’t require a lot of technical knowledge to use. The features are advanced, and they keep adding new ones that make our work easier.

Cons : I wish the design editor had the option to save specific design blocks for later use, especially for evergreen content that we use frequently.
