Pros : Invoice Simple makes invoicing a quick task. The layout is clean and easy to understand, which makes it perfect for creating and sending invoices fast. The ability to save client details and reuse them saves a lot of time, and I love that it’s all mobile-friendly too, so I can send invoices on the go.

Cons : On the downside, there’s not a lot of room for customization. If you’re looking to make the invoices more personalized or branded, you might find the limited templates frustrating. Also, I wish there were more advanced features for tracking finances.

Invoice Simple is fine for basic invoicing, but their approach to account deactivation is a major drawback. Further, the features are decent, but the poor handling of account closure has left me very dissatisfied.

Perfect software

Pros : Invoice Simple has just enough features to let me create and send invoices, which is all I really need. The app’s design is simple, so I don’t have to dig through a lot of menus to find what I’m looking for.

Cons : The major issue I’ve faced is that once you create an account, it’s nearly impossible to deactivate it. I tried to cancel my account, but they wouldn’t let me, saying it must stay inactive.
