“Perfect for Teamwork but Needs More Text Options”
I can easily share notes with friends and coworkers. But I really like putting some flair to my notes and I miss being able to style my text because there is not any markdown or rich text.

“Great for Google Users but Could Use More Customization”
I like how easily Google Keep works with Google Calendar and Docs. It simplifies the management of my notes and responsibilities. To make the app feel more unique, I would like to see more customization choices.
Pros : It has smooth integration with Google Workspace. It fits with Google Docs and Calendar.
Cons : The customization is too limited. I want to change themes and layouts to make it more personal.
Switched from : Standard Notes
Reason to switch : I moved from Standard Notes since Google Keeps had better integration with Google services which is a huge time-saver for me.

“Great for Quick Notes on the Go”
I like how Google Keep syncs my notes between my laptop, iPad, and phone. It is not ideal for creating lengthy, in-depth notes, though. For larger projects, it becomes crowded.
Pros : I like how it has cross-device sync. I can keep my notes everywhere. It is on my phone, tablet, and laptop.
Cons : It is not for people who like to write long notes. It feels cramped.
Switched from : Joplin
Reason to switch : I moved from Joplin since I wanted something simpler and faster for everyday use.

“Fast but Needs Better Organization”
It makes finding what I need simple and is like having digital sticky notes. It does not have organizing features like folders or tags, which can make things appear disorganized.
Pros : I can color-code my notes. I use this feature to organize my notes with colors. It is like digital sticky notes.
Cons : I feel like it lacks organization. I mean, color coding is good, but folders or tags would be better for staying organized.
Switched from : Obsidian
Reason to switch : Obsidian did not offer easier use and did not fit my needs as Google Keep did.

“Great for Reminders but Lacks Note Organization”
Google Keep's reminder feature is great. I find it a lot simpler to keep on task when I set time-based or location-based reminders on my notes. The ability to organize comparable notes together is something I miss.
Pros : I like how it reminds you of your tasks. Setting location or time-based reminders on my notes is so convenient.
Cons : They do not provide nested notes. I cannot group related notes together like in other note-taking apps.
Switched from : Evernote
Reason to switch : I did not need all the extra features from Evernote, so Google Keeps fits my requirements better.

“Simple but Could Use a Few Extras”
It is quite convenient due to its clear interface and cross-device syncing capabilities. I do wish there were more formatting options because lengthy notes feel constrained by plain text.
Pros : It has a simple and clean interface. It is easy to use and does not have any complicated menus or features.
Cons : It does however have limited features. I wish it had more formatting options like bold, italic, etc.
Switched from : NoteLedge
Reason to switch : I found NoteLedge to be more complex and had too many tools that I did not need.

“Ideal for Offline Access but Google-Centric”
The ability to view and custom my notes while offline is perfect for busy times. That said, it might not be as helpful if you are not completely integrated into the Google ecosystem.
Pros : It offers offline access. I can see and edit my notes even when I am offline. It also syncs them later.
Cons : If you are not fully integrated with Google, it is not as useful. So, it depends on the Google ecosystem.
Switched from : ClickUp
Reason to switch : ClickUp did not offer a simpler and faster note-taking app such as Google Keep.

“Good for Voice Notes but Lacks Security”
The voice-to-text is Google Keep's greatest feature. Talking transforms everything for me when I am too lazy to type. Its lacks of password protection for individual notes. This worries me a little and makes me cautious about storing information.
Pros : It has a voice-to-text feature. Sometimes I feel too lazy to type. So, I talk and it converts my voice to text.
Cons : It has minimal security. There is no password protection on individual notes.
Switched from : Simplenote
Reason to switch : I moved from Simplenote to Google Keep because of the voice-to-text feature Google offered.

Cons : It has attachment limits. It is not great for attaching large files. It is not good for storing multiple images as well.
