“Excellent call quality software.”

Pros : My team has been able to answer more calls with the CallHippo softphone. I've also been able to route calls to the correct agents and play music on hold for my clients.

Reason to switch : The team at CallHippo has been very responsive to all of my requests and questions. I really love the ability to monitor calls and listen to feedback in real time.

“I had a great experience with CallHippo.”

Pros : Callhippo has many great features that make it easy to manage and scale my business. With a click of a button, I can expand my business with new features like the IVR, chat, and so many more.

Cons : As of now, I have not had any disadvantages; however, if I do experience problems in the future then I will definitely be giving feedback.

Reason to switch : I can easily see my team's performance with their dashboards in real-time. It's helped me save money on hiring a new team.

It is a great software for small businesses looking for a call tracking software that is easy to use and offers a lot of features you will use.

Cons : Some features are not commonly used, but there are people out there who know quite a bit about them and would enjoy working with callhippo.
