“Track leads and manage business more effectively.”

Pros : I was looking for a CRM that could help me manage my team's performance, and I found bitrix 24. Bitrix24 is an online workspace designed to help you run your business with greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Cons : Sometimes, it takes time to load the server and sometimes low during registration. It occurs rarely. It would be much better if we could save in pre-defined email templates for regular usage while emailing via CRM at a cost.

Reason to switch : Bitrix 24 CRM is equipped with a wide range of features, from task and project management tools to website builder, video calls, and much more

“Bitrix 24 is best CRM tool!”

Pros : I have found that this platform is a great way to increase sales by using the CRM to help you get in touch with potential clients who are in the early stages of the sales process.

Cons : Uploading a lot of files at once is extremely time consuming and even prone to error.

“Automation is a Lifesaver, but Support Could Be Faster”

I like that Bitrix24 allows me to automate workflows and set up recurring actions because it eliminates the need for me to continuously check for updates. But customer service can be a little slow at times.

Pros : I found it great not to have to manually chase people for updates. I set up recurring tasks and automate workflows.

Cons : The customer support is not as responsive and fast as I would like. Sometimes they are okay but most of the times, they are slow.

Reason to switch : Basecamp did not have the automation options for task management and workflows.

“Bitrix is an excellent solution for small and large businesses.”

Pros : Bitrix24 is a great option because you can use all the features for free. Second, it is fully customizable. It allows you to add new modules, remove those that you don't need, and change the existing ones.

Cons : Some of the tools on the toolbar are hidden behind other tools, so they are not easy to find and can be a bit difficult to navigate.

“Great Integrations but Bugs Can Be Frustrating”

The integration of Bitrix24 with programs like Gmail, Zapier, and even certain specialized tools that my team uses is something I value. But following upgrades, I have found that various functionalities sometimes cease functioning, which may be annoying.

Pros : I like how it integrates with most of the applications I use. It pairs up nicely with apps like Gmail, Zapier and even some niche tools my team uses.

Cons : Sometimes I have noticed that some features stop working properly which can be a headache.

Reason to switch : Trello did not provide a more secure platform that offered integrations and other features.

“Perfect for Collaboration but Free Plan Has Limits”

Like Slack, Zoom, and Google Drive combined, Bitrix24 is a tool for teamwork because it allows you to share files, do video calls, and communicate all in one location. However, the free plan seems constrained, particularly when managing larger files.

Pros : If you need a CRM for collaboration, this is the one. Chat, video calls, file sharing. It feels like Slack, Zoom and Google Drive had a baby.

Cons : The free plan feels limited and restrictive especially while dealing with bigger files.

Reason to switch : We switched from Monday Work Management since we wanted stronger collaboration tools and built-in CRM to streamline communication.

“Customizable but Noisy”

My favorite feature of Bitrix24 is its adaptability; I can modify workflows and dashboards to fit the needs of my team. But unless you take the effort to change the settings, the constant notifications may become a little annoying.

Pros : It allows me to customize dashboards and workflows to fit how my team works. It is great to have that flexibility.

Cons : Unless you fine-tune most of the settings. It can feel like you are constantly getting notifications.

Reason to switch : Axero was great but Bitrix offered better options for customizing tools to suit our needs.
