“Handy Mobile App but Analytics Could Be Better”

The Agile CRM mobile app is great as it keeps me informed about upgrades and tasks even when I'm not in the office. However, it can occasionally be restrictive because the analytics features are somewhat simple and don't provide the more in-depth information.

“Great for Email Campaigns but the UI Feels Dated”

Developing and monitoring email campaigns is a easy with Agile CRM, which has helped my marketing endeavours. The user interface is effective, but it feels a little outdated in comparison to other CRMs I've tested.

“Great Contact Management for Small Teams”

“Perfect for Small Teams but Automation Costs More”

Onboarding was made very easy by the features' ease of use. The automation features are restricted until you switch to a higher plan, which can get a little pricey if you require additional capabilities.

It's simple to use, and I didn't require any help getting started straight away. We can keep track of leads and emails thanks to the useful automation tools. But compared to other CRMs, it's a little simplistic. I miss Active Campaign's in-depth statistics.
