“ActiveCampaign helped us in increasing our sales”
After overcoming the initial complexity, we’ve been able to use its capabilities, from managing complex email sequences to utilizing the CRM tools for tracking our sales pipeline.
Pros : It took some time for us to fully utilize ActiveCampaign, but the benefits became apparent as we grew. As a small business, the initial setup was difficult but once we got accustomed to it, the advantages were clear. Additionally, the detailed reporting tools have provided us with useful insights.
Cons : Difficult to understand in the beginning.
Switched from : Contlo
Reason to switch : We outgrew Constant Contact and needed a platform that could support more complex email marketing strategies.

Pros : I upgraded to ActiveCampaign’s starter plan four years ago when my contact list outgrew our previous email service. The platform's automation capabilities have made managing email campaigns much more.
Cons : The downside of the starter Plan is the limited support, as only email assistance is provided.
