Customer support is responsive and helpful, making the overall experience positive. However, the lack of customization options for invoices is something that could be improved.

Pros : ZipBooks has been a fantastic tool for managing my small business finances. Customer support is also excellent, always ready to help with any issues I encounter.

Cons : While the default template is professional, it would be great to have more options or the ability to customize the layout more extensively. This would help in creating a more personalized and branded invoice.

Switched from : Freshbooks

Reason to switch : I chose ZipBooks because it was more affordable and provided the features I needed for my small business.

The only improvement I’d like to see is more customization options for invoices.

“A Great Tool for Streamlining Business Finances”

ZipBooks has been an excellent tool for managing my business finances. It’s easy to use, and the customer support is very responsive. However, the lack of support for international banking is a limitation that needs to be addressed. Despite this, I would recommend it to other small business owners looking for an affordable and effective accounting solution.

Pros : ZipBooks has made it easier for me to manage my small business finances. The software is very user-friendly, and I don’t need to have a deep understanding of accounting to use it. I love how easy it is to automate invoices and track expenses, which saves me a lot of time. The pricing is also very reasonable, which is a big plus for small businesses.

Cons : The only downside I’ve encountered is the lack of international banking support. As a non-U.S. business owner, I can’t link my local bank account to ZipBooks, which is inconvenient. I hope they expand this feature soon.

Reason to switch : I chose ZipBooks because it was more affordable and better suited to my small business needs.
