“User-Friendly but Customer Support Could Be Better”

I enjoy using Robinhood because it's straightforward and lets me make trades quickly. The design is clean, and I can find what I need without any trouble. However, when I had an issue with a transaction, it took a long time to get help from customer support. They only have email support, and I had to wait days for a reply. That was frustrating because I needed assistance right away.

“Great for Beginners but Limited Investment Options”

When I started investing, Robinhood was the first app I used. It was super easy to set up, and I liked that I didn't have to pay any fees to buy or sell stocks. The app looks nice and is simple to understand. But after a while, I wanted to invest in mutual funds and bonds, and I found out that Robinhood doesn't have those options. That was a bit disappointing because I wanted to diversify my investments.
