“Razorpay: Smooth Payment Processing”

Razorpay offers hassle-free payments with easy API integration and multiple payment options, even in test mode without KYC.

Pros : Razorpay makes it super easy to set up and use. The API is straightforward, and it supports almost every type of payment you can think of. You can even try out all the features in test mode without completing KYC. This makes it perfect for testing before going live.

Cons : There aren't many issues I've come across, but it would be great if they added an option for crypto payments. Right now, you can't use cryptocurrencies, which would make Razorpay even more versatile.

“Best Payment Gateway for Online Business”

Razorpay is the top payment gateway for online businesses with great support and easy integration.

Pros : Razorpay is the best payment gateway with an easy-to-understand dashboard, all reports available, best rates, and support for all major Indian banks and payment methods. Our relationship manager provides excellent support, and integration with apps and API is very easy.

Cons : Document verification takes a long time, competitors offer 0% commission on UPI payments, and the payment cycle could be shorter.

Reason to switch : Razorpay offered better rates and support, and the integration process was smoother.
