“I looked forward to using it but the customer service is lousy. Really bad.”

They took my money upfront but I couldn't download it for two days. When I did get it I was told I could run it on two computers. I have never once been able to run it on two computers. When I tried to move it to a different computer they told me they had no record at my email address. I know that's wrong. I bought it as a birthday present to myself in 2019 I haven't been able to use it for over three years. It was a waste of my money and time.

“Disappointing not worth it”

This software in my opinion is not user friendly. For those who are not based with in depth knowledge of the Science. It is very hard to navigate or even understand what is going on. Besides, my feeble attempts I bought it for lifetime and now it is asking to be reactivated why? Not working at present there was no reports of other offers to upgrade or buy.

A Yes, Parashara's Light and Vedic astrology Bookshelf work perfectly on Windows XP/Vista/windows 7/Windows 8 and Windows 10 as well as Macintosh OS X (10.6 and up). Only Shri Muhurta 1.3 is not compatible with Vista and later.
A First, please check whether you have provided the correct system ID to us or not. Next please ensure that the username and password have been entered exactly as given. They are both case sensitive, and we recommend you to copy paste the same to avoid any typos. In nearly all case where people have problems, it is due to a typing error.
