The only thing I find least appealing about FreshBooks is the limitations on users. FreshBooks can only be used by one person.

I've been using Wave more than 8 years and it has been a game-changer for me. My bookkeeping was a mess when I first started, but Wave’s services were affordable and easy to set up. Running reports and keeping track of my financials is a breeze now. I tried QuickBooks for a month, hated it, and quickly switched back to Wave. Lesson learned—I'm sticking with Wave!

When an invoice is paid, I would mark it paid, but then the payment would show up again through the bank feed.
