pros-list-icon One of the best things I found about using RUN Powered by ADP is how responsive the support team is. As someone who wasn’t familiar with U.S. payroll systems, ADP has been a huge help. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, whether through email or the chat feature, I’ve always received a quick response. They even walked me through processing payroll over the phone while sharing my screen, making it easier to understand the process. cons_icon One drawback I encountered was trying to set up my payroll deductions as a non-resident. Since the software doesn’t automatically recognize non-resident status, it took some time and a bit of help from support to get it right.
