“I needed more features and paid for the upgraded version. Not great, but it did the job. After about 8 or 9 months it started crashing. On their website it was recommended l download a small file that would fix the problem. It did. And then l found that some functionality was lost because they simply upgraded me to a newer free version and expect me to pay again for the upgraded version.
