“The only downside is their cloud storage system. There should be a way to edit saved videos instead of starting from scratch. Also, even though it's cheaper than some other options like Biteable, they should offer basic plans without watermarks, at least for educational use.”

“They falsely advertise that the paid version has no InVideo branding. When you share a video link, it includes a thumbnail with their branding and a hyperlink to their website, which confuses the recipient. Also, when creating a video, it adds too many pictures and videos, one for almost every sentence, and there's no way to delete them. This makes the video cluttered and useless. They released this too soon without proper testing, and the only support available is through chat—no phone support at all. ”

“The support team is disappointing. We had issues with the download quota not refreshing, and they always ask for purchase records even though they should have them. They try to stall by saying you might have used the refreshed data, but only fix it when you show them the count. This is a recurring monthly issue.”
