“Zoho Projects: Cost friendly Software for Managing All My Projects”

Pros : Zoho Projects can easily integrate well with other Zoho apps. This has made invoicing clients much easier, as we can track billable hours directly through the app.

Cons : The required fields during project setup can sometimes be irrelevant to our work.

Reason to switch : I was looking for change.

“Zoho Projects: All in one platform for managing my tasks”

Pros : Zoho Projects allows you to manage tasks with ease, and it’s particularly great for teams. You can easily track task progress, assign deadlines, and visualize the project timeline using Gantt charts. The tool also integrates well with communication platforms, which has been a huge help for team collaboration.

Cons : The main issue we’ve faced is with the reporting. The standard reports don’t cover the custom fields we need for our projects.

Switched from : Smartsheet

Reason to switch : The reporting options in Zoho, although not perfect, are still better than what Smartsheet offered.

“Zoho Projects: Affordable and comes with a range of decent features”

Pros : Zoho Projects has a good balance of features and affordability. We use it for task management and project tracking, and it has really helped us keep things organized.

Cons : One issue we’ve had is with the integration process. While Zoho Projects works well with other Zoho apps, the integration with third-party apps like Google Drive is quite difficult to understand.

Reason to switch : We chose Zoho Projects because it integrates better with the tools we already use, and it came at a more affordable price.

Pros : This software allows us to assign deadlines, check task status, and even track progress in real-time. The feature that lets us assign subtasks with timelines has really helped us organize the workload better. Further, it provides the ability to track whether a task is open or closed is another feature that keeps everything smooth.

Cons : One thing that bothers me is the lack of deeper customization options.

Reason to switch : We needed something more comprehensive to handle detailed project timelines and Zoho offered those capabilities at a reasonable price.
