“For online payments, I only count on Zoho Invoice”

Pros : Zoho Invoice enables our organization to make payments online without any problem. We can also accept payments in different currencies which removes barriers to money transactions.

Cons : Since Zoho Invoice is cloud-based, you need a stable internet connection to access and use this software. It’s not reliable without the Internet.

Pros : Zoho Invoice efficiently tracks the time we spend on this software. This feature helps us in planning for the development of our organization.

Cons : This software is designed primarily for small businesses. Its capabilities are limited to more advanced accounting features.

Reason to switch : The user interface of Jhattse is problematic and not very interactive compared to Zoho Invoice.

“I can automatically do all my work with its exciting features.”

Pros : It's payment reminder and different features help me keep up with my finances. Overall experience of using this software is good. Highly recommend!

Cons : There are only limited options for selecting language and currency. Switched from: Swipe Billing Software.

Reason to switch : Customer service was the main reason for shifting to Zoho Invoice.

Liked everything about it and track everything which is very nice.

Pros : Zoho Invoice assists our team in tracking the business’s financial health. Our finance team can generate reports for invoices, expenses, and payments.

Cons : The software offers limited scalability. It’s not feasible to use this software in the long run.

Reason to switch : Zoho Invoice is a more budget-friendly alternative for businesses looking for customizable templates and tracking time.

Pros : I can use invoice templates and make changes accordingly. It’s user-friendly and all the functionalities are easy to understand.

Cons : This software cannot work offline. It’s an important feature that should be added to this software.

Reason to switch : It’s hard to change date formats in the invoices in vyapar billing software and takes a lot of time to update.
