“Managing customer payments has never been easier with Zoho Billing”

Zoho Billing helps me stay on top of my customer payments. I can track everything from a single dashboard, and it’s simple to send out invoices.

Pros : The software allows me to quickly see which invoices have been paid and which ones are still outstanding. The interface is easy to understand.

Cons : It would be nice if Zoho Billing could automatically send out payment reminders to clients.

Reason to switch : I moved to Zoho Billing because it works better with the other Zoho products I already use, creating a more cohesive system for my business.

Pros : Zoho Billing allows me to easily create professional like invoices, and further it allows me to customize them to reflect my business. I also like the fact that I can track payments in one place.

Cons : The manual process of sending reminders for unpaid invoices is a bit time-consuming.

Cons : One thing I don’t like is that I have to manually send out payment reminders. If Zoho Billing could automatically send reminders, it would make things much simpler.
