“Great Analytics but Lacks a Built-In Phone System”

I can clearly see my sales and performance because to Zendesk Sell's reporting and analytics, which have truly helped me keep on top of my objectives. The lack of an integrated phone system is a drawback. I had to incorporate an additional tool, which required additional effort.

Reason to switch : I moved from Pipedrive since its reporting features were not detailed enough as Zendesk Sell.

“Organized and Easy to Use but Email Tracking Could Improve”

“Customizable and Timesaving but Limited on Lower Plans”

I like how Zendesk Sell saves me a ton of time by allowing me to personalize my dashboard to track the things that are important to me. The personalization possibilities can feel limited if you are on a tight budget and utilizing a less expensive plan, which was first a little annoying.

I did not have to waste time learning how to use it because the UI is quite easy to use. Managing my contacts and sales pipeline has never been simpler. The price is the one drawback: it is a little high, particularly for tiny teams like mine.

“Great for Collaboration but Too Complex for a Small Team”

Real-time information sharing with my coworkers was a huge benefit of Zendesk Sell, which made team cooperation simple. For my little staff I did find it a little intimidating. Things became more complicated since there are simply too many features that we did not really need.

One of the best customer service teams I have ever dealt with is at Zendesk Sell; they always respond quickly to my problems. It can be annoying when performance feels a little sluggish when loading big datasets.

Since Zendesk Sell is adaptable and can readily change to meet our evolving needs, I like how it can grow with my team. I did find the lack of connectors on the lesser pricing tiers to be restrictive as it made connecting all our tools more difficult.
