“Simplified & Secure Payment Gateway”

Zaakpay is a secure and easy-to-use payment gateway with multiple payment options.

Pros : I've been using Zaakpay for five years, and it’s been great. Integration was smooth, the UI is user-friendly, and it’s easy to track payments. They offer multiple payment options like credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, and even international transactions with multi-currency support.

Cons : I faced some issues with API integration initially, but customer support resolved it within an hour.

“Not Ideal for New Businesses”

Zaakpay isn't startup friendly. They have strict requirements that make it hard for new businesses to integrate their payment gateway.

Pros : Zaakpay could be helpful if they offered their payment gateway to new businesses. They seem to prefer established customers with substantial revenue.

Cons : As a startup recognized by DPIIT in India, we faced issues integrating Zaakpay. Their automated portal didn't work, and after submitting all required documents, we were told our app must be live on the Play Store for them to provide gateway services. This is a problem because our app is incomplete without the payment gateway. It seems Zaakpay prefers big-pocket customers over supporting startups.

“One of the Best Growing Payment Gateways in India”

Zaakpay is great for managing various payments in one place but can be slow at times.

Pros : Zaakpay supports almost all payment methods in India, including utilities like electricity, gas, telecom, and more. It's very convenient to manage and pay all your bills through one gateway.

Cons : Sometimes payments take time to process, causing delays where the amount gets debited but isn’t received by the merchant. The cashback and discount offers aren't very attractive.

Zaakpay is great for rewards and multiple payment options but has too many ads.

Pros : Zaakpay offers various payment methods and rewards like offers and coupons. You also get a referral bonus when you invite contacts.

Cons : The app shows too many ads and promotions for credit card and ZIP services, which can be annoying.

Zaakpay offers a convenient and user-friendly interface for daily payments with added cashback rewards.

Pros : I love Zaakpay's (MobiKwik) smooth and easy-to-use interface. It allows me to do all my daily payments in one place with cashback offers.

Cons : The transaction fee for wallet-to-bank transfers is a bit high compared to other services.
