““We’ve been using YDL Gym Software for a while now, and it has been a great tool for our gym management.”

The software is user-friendly, making it easy to manage memberships, schedule classes, and track attendance without any hassle. The integration with payment processing has streamlined our billing, saving us time and reducing errors.

Pros : The software makes generating bills seamless, and the ability to send bulk WhatsApp messages, including reminder messages to clients, is awesome and time-saving. Initially, we encountered a few hurdles, but the support team was quick to respond and extremely helpful in resolving any issues. One of the best features is the overall statistics graph which gives us a clear view of where we stand, making it easy to track our progress.

Cons : I would recommend improving the quality of the punching machine, as our clients often need to punch at least twice to open the door. Overall, highly recommend it!”

“Easy for membership management and renewals.”

Pros : Ydl is a service base product which gives us very easy to maintain all membership data especially for follow-up and renewal, attendance trainers, diet and workout plan, daily expenses.

Cons : No technical visit since 4 to 6 months, very slow process on pick hours

“Very good tool for client and suppliments tracking”

Pros : The customer support team is responsive and always ready to assist. The workout and nutrition planning tools are detailed and easy to use, and the client progress tracking keeps everyone motivated.

I've been using YDL as a gym owner for like a year now. And it's really helping me manage the client's inquiries and other stuff too, It's really helpful in many ways!

Pros : Ease to use the software

Cons : More features could have been added like Renewals messages to clients who are not coming for more than 10 days too. And I guess automated Monday motivation texts too maybe

Cons : There are some minor things to notice which can be whatsapp connection and changing settings.

Pros : Good interface and so many shortcut features like QR, dedicated registers, etc.

Cons : At first, it looks complex because of many features but after getting hands-on it it becomes easy.

Reason to switch : Earlier were using old ways to manage our gym but after using ydl the management become easy.

At first, I was not using any software for my gym then after using this my operations became smooth.

Pros : Good and elaborated data management with good customer service.

Cons : Little tough to use for beginners but they provided how-to-use sessions which were helpful.

Pros : quick billing has foster my work and WhatsApp facilities work like the roof of the shelter.

Cons : sometimes the server is down during peak working hours
