“Customizable but Lacks Some Integration”

Workbooks CRM has simplified the management of my leads and reporting. I do wish there were more third-party integrations, though. The lack of features in comparison to larger CRMs might occasionally be annoying.

Reason to switch : HubSpot had a lot of features I did not use and need. The costs also added up quickly.

“Great Value but Not Ideal for Large Enterprises”

One major benefit is that I feel like I am receiving a lot of features for the money. But it is not designed for big businesses. I would require a more scalable system if my business expanded rapidly.

“Secure and Compliant but Lacks AI Features”

I like that Workbooks CRM complies with GDPR regulations and protects my data. Knowing that compliance is not a problem provides me comfort. The AI features are restricted as it would have been good if it had the insights that some other CRMs provide.

“Great for Accounting but No Mobile App”

I like the integration of Workbooks CRM with QuickBooks and Xero. I do not have to worry about manually syncing data, and it simplifies things for my financial staff. The one drawback is that I cannot access it when on the road because there is not a mobile app, which can be annoying.

“Helpful Support but Some Features Cost Extra”

Instead of providing normal responses, they are prompt and genuinely assist in resolving problems. The only drawback is that certain features need add-ons, which can raise expenses over time. The base plan should have incorporated more.

“Good for Small Business but Could Use a UI Upgrade”

It is far less expensive than Salesforce, which was depleting my funds. The features are great—my process is streamlined by customization, automation, and reporting. However, the user interface seems a little old. It could be more aesthetically pleasing and contemporary, but it is not horrible.
