“You can do all types of business transactions with Vyapaar. No need to carry any account books or managing manually ledgers.”

Pros : Overall, Vyapar is a fine software that is always working towards improvising its features. Through the software, you can assess the stock value, stock quantity, profit, expenses, losses, etc. Vayapar also helps with easy filing of GSTR returns. The Vyapar team was also quite supportive with all notification related information for GST. Upload your products in Excel sheet easily with the software and divide these into proper categories.

Cons : Frankly speaking I don't think any least about this software. However, nothing is perfect and so one con would be the missing Multilanguage support. Banking integration too required. Currently, the development team is focused on resolving only one request at a time.

“The software is easy to use and operate. One can add entries at any time of the day without much hassle.”

Pros : You can do all your business transactions through Vyapar software. There is no need to carry account books everywhere or maintain ledgers manually. I have been using this application for the past two years and the experience so far has been good and satisfactory. Vyapaar has done its job well in updating me regularly on a daily basis about all business activities and transactions.

Cons : Multilanguage support seems to be missing, something that could have eased a lot of business work that I do every day. Also, the up-to-the-mark mobile updates and features perform only on one single device and not any other device.

Pros : Vyapar Billing Software is a GST billing software that helps me generate GST bills instantly and share them with customers. It helps in keeping a clear record of the business transactions. It’s a simple, secure, and easy-to-use software.

Cons : Despite its amazing features, it is difficult to change date formats in Vyapar Billing Software. You also get updates only on a single device not on other devices.

Reason to switch : The offline version of myBillBook was missing and that’s why I switched to Vyapar Billing Software. It’s more convenient to have a billing software that can be used without an internet connection.

This is great for business owners because of how easy it is to use and you can access it from anywhere.

Cons : The feature with banking integration in Vyapar needs to be upgraded.

“Vyaparapp is very useful for business accounting, every freshers can use this accounting application.”

Pros : 1.The User Interface is very easy of this app 2. It does need very high level of training or accounting knowledge to use Vyaparapp. 3.Pricing is very affordable for small businesses. 4.Comparing to any other business application,this is very easy and pocket friendly app. 5.Customer support is very active and experienced.

Cons : It is not available in IOS platform.

“Superb expense tracking”

Pros : This is one of the most important and powerful tools I've ever used, it helped me save so much time and money, I stopped using Excel and started using this software to invoice, track & manage my customers and it's the best thing I could have done for my business.?

Cons : You cannot make adjustments in journal entries with Vyapar accounting software.

Reason to switch : User access management system for handling multiple user logins was the need of the hour. The product we were using couldn’t handle that.

“Excellent tool to manage business”

Pros : The tool is user-friendly and includes a variety of reports. The main page displays the current status of the business, as well as low stock levels. It is appropriate for all types of businesses and includes features such as transaction messages, reminders, and my online store.

Cons : Everything is good as of now as per my business

Reason to switch : When I was looking for an app for my business, I came across Vyapar, which drew me in with their logo and convinced me to download it. When I started using the app, it was the smoothest experience I'd ever had at that price, and I would recommend it to any MSME.

Pros : Using this software, I can easily set alerts for inventory updates and track the large volume of my inventory. It also assists me monitor the cash flow of my business. It’s the ideal software for small businesses.

Cons : This software does not have multi-language support, and it’s difficult to change the date format.
