“Great Integrations but Sync Issues Can Be Frustrating”

It's simple to link everything in one location using Vtiger CRM's integration with products my team already utilizes, such as Google Apps, Mailchimp, and many payment methods. It can be a little annoying when data doesn't always update seamlessly between apps due to sporadic syncing problems.

Pros : Vtiger integrate well with other tools that my team uses such as Google Apps, Mail Chimp and many payment gateways. It is easy to connect with my existing software.

Cons : It does have occasional sync issues. I noticed that sometimes data syncing between different apps or devices does not happen smoothly which can be a hassle.

Switched from : Sage CRM

Reason to switch : I moved from Sage CRM because it did not offer enough integrations to connect all my tools. Vtiger CRM provided the integrations I wanted.

“Affordable with Great Features but Bugs Can Be Annoying”

For small firms like mine, Vtiger CRM is the perfect choice because it is affordable and still has a ton of helpful features. It can be a little annoying when things don't operate as planned and I've encountered a few glitches.

Pros : When I compare it to some other CRM’s, Vtiger is affordable. It is a great option if I am looking to keep costs down but I still get a lot of features.

Cons : I have encountered some bugs especially after the updates. This happens every now and then which can be frustrating when things do not work.

Switched from : Zoho CRM

Reason to switch : Its pricing did not fit my budget as my needs grew.

“Easy to Use and Affordable but Overwhelming at First”

My company has benefited greatly from the installation of Vtiger CRM. It's incredibly simple to use. Nevertheless, it took me some time to become used to all the capabilities because the sheer volume of options initially felt overwhelming.

Pros : Vtiger is easy to use and navigate through the features. The dashboard is simple and I got a grasp of what is happening quickly.

Cons : When I first used it I found the platform to be a bit overwhelming. There is a lot of features and it took me some time to learn them.

Switched from : Salesforce CRM

Reason to switch : Vtiger CRM offered a more affordable solution without compromising on the features when compared to Salesforce Sale Cloud.

“Great Multi-Channel Management but Free Version is Limited”

Emails, social media, phone calls, and even live conversations can all be managed in one location with Vtiger CRM. It has simplified the process of managing several lines of communication. However, I quickly subscribed to the premium version because the free version felt too restricted for my purposes.

Pros : I can manage not just emails but also social media, calls and even live chats from one platform.

Cons : I found the free version to be quite limited. The free version is a bit too basic for anything more than simple CRM tasks, so I made a switch to the premium quickly.

Reason to switch : I moved from Sales Hub since it did not offer the multi-channel management tools I need.

“Customizable and Powerful but Reporting Could Be Better”

I like how Vtiger CRM enables me to tailor fields, reports, and processes to the unique requirements of my business. Although the reporting is helpful, I wish there was a little more flexibility in the report customization options.

Pros : It allows me to custom and change the CRM to suit my company’s needs. I customize my workflow, fields and reports to fit whatever process I have.

Cons : The reports are useful but I sometimes feel the customization options could be more flexible to suit my exact needs.

Switched from : Insightly CRM

Reason to switch : I moved from Insightly CRM since it did not offer enough customization for my workflows and reporting.

“Time-Saving Automation but Mobile Access Should Be Free”

They make my daily life so much easier by streamlining tedious tasks and lowering errors. The mobile app's requirement for a premium plan is a drawback; it would have been wonderful to have at least restricted access in the free version.

Pros : It allows me to save time and reduce human error due to its workflow automation tools making it easy for me to streamline repetitive tasks.

Cons : The mobile app requires a paid plan; this is annoying since it would be nice to have access on the free plan.

Switched from : Freshsales

Reason to switch : I moved from Freshsales Suite since it did not offer me the same level of workflow automation I needed.

“Helpful Support Team but Documentation Needs Improvement”

I like their promptness and responsiveness in resolving my problems. On the minus side, I frequently had to look things up online because the tutorials and manuals aren't particularly clear.

Pros : The customer support is always helpful. When I need help, the support team is responsive and they have been able to solve my issues quickly.

Cons : The tutorials and documentation are not clear and I had to go through the internet to find what I need.

Switched from : SAP Sales Cloud

Reason to switch : I switched from SAP Sales Cloud since their support was not as responsive and I needed a CRM with better customer assistance.

“Excellent Reporting and Support But May Be an Overkill for Small Teams”

The excellent reporting features in Vtiger CRM provide me with the information I need to make choices. But for smaller teams that don't require such a comprehensive system, the sheer volume of functions can be a little intimidating.

Pros : It has great reporting tools. When I want help, the support team is responsive and they have been able to solve my issues quickly.

Cons : The large number of features might me too much for smaller team that do not need such an extensive CRM solution.

Switched from : Zendesk Sell

Reason to switch : Zandesk Sell was good but Vtiger CRM offered more secure reports and better support.

“All-in-One CRM with Email Marketing, But Support Can Be Slow”

I like that an email marketing tool is integrated into Vtiger CRM. Sending newsletters, managing campaigns, and automating emails without requiring a separate platform. The main drawback is that customer service can be very sluggish to respond, particularly during peak hours.

Pros : The built-in email marketing tool is great. I can send newsletters, campaigns and automate emails without using another tool.

Cons : The customer support can occasionally be slow and take time to respond. This happens a lot during peak hours.

Reason to switch : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales was good but it did not integrate email marketing tools.

“Reliable Mobile App but Slows Down with Larger Data”

The Vtiger app on your phone is great! I can handle my job when on the go because it's just as reliable as the desktop version. However, as my database expanded, I noticed some latency, particularly when retrieving large reports.

Pros : I do not always want to be tied to my desk so it is important for the mobile app to be as solid as the desktop version. Vtiger mobile app is great.

Cons : I found that the performance can lag with large data. As my database grew the system sometimes lags and slows down. Especially when I am trying to pull up big reports.

Reason to switch : Pipedrive’s mobile app was not as feature rich as Vtiger so I switched.
