“Makes Team Collaboration Easyâ€
My team finds it much easier to work together using Vision Helpdesk. We can assign tickets, track responses, and collaborate easily. It did take a bit of effort to set up our workflows, but now everything runs smoothly.
Pros : Great for teamwork, good multi-channel support.
Cons : Takes time to set up workflows.

“Very Useful for Managing Customer Queriesâ€
I love how Vision Helpdesk makes it easy to track customer requests. It helps us stay on top of everything. The reporting tools are also great for understanding customer issues. The only thing I wish for is a more modern-looking interface.
