“Affordable and Perfect for Small Business Like Mine”

My tiny firm has benefited from TeleCRM. The features are useful for managing and organizing leads. Although the free plan worked fine at first, I soon switched to the premium membership to access all the tools I required. It has been well worth the investment!

“Great for Mobile Use, but a Desktop App Would Be Nice”

I frequently view my leads while attending meetings, so it is great that TeleCRM functions great on my phone. But sometimes using it in the browser feels a little awkward, so I wish they had a dedicated desktop app.

“Amazing Support Team but Reporting Could Be Better”

The TeleCRM support staff is excellent; they are always very attentive and quick to assist when I have an issue. The analytics might be more sophisticated, which is the main drawback.

“Real-Time Tracking Is Impressive but Notifications Can Be Annoying”

I always know exactly what is happening with my leads because to TeleCRM's real-time tracking tool, which helps me stay on top of things. I did initially feel overloaded by the barrage of notifications, but fortunately, that problem was resolved by adjusting the settings.

“WhatsApp Integration Is a Winner but Small Bugs Need Fixing”

TeleCRM's WhatsApp connection has simplified the process of following up with leads. It is practical for my daily job. Though they are not deal-breakers for me, I do occasionally encounter minor problems that cause me to move more slowly.

“Flexible Workflows but Too Many Features I Do not Need”

The ease with which I can modify the workflows to fit my workflow is what I like most about TeleCRM. I did not have to modify my workflow to accommodate the tool. However, I do not use a lot of the capabilities, and sometimes it feels overwhelming.

“TeleCRM Made My Life Easier but It Took My Team a Minute to Adjust”

I did not require any technical expertise to get started because the interface is straightforward and easy to use. Nevertheless, it took my team a little longer to get used to it, but once they did, its automation features have allowed us to collectively save a significant amount of time.

The automation capabilities of TeleCRM are great. Automating repetitious processes saves me a ton of time, in fact. The only drawback is that, sometimes, it can be annoying because I cannot view or edit information without an internet connection.
