Pros : It's a user-friendly and very good interface and customer support is good. Overall I like the product.

Cons : SMS feature could be made available in the basic subscription.

Reason to switch : Reports of all your activity are available. The TechWift courier management system is adaptable enough to categorize reports according to various levels of hierarchy and operational procedures, including booking, manifest, loading, trip, run sheet, delivery, and proof of delivery, as well as accounts and finances.

Pros : Mobile app for customers helps them to book consignments and track them they can also download invoices and MIS reports from the app itself. Techwift makes the operational process less complicated.

Reason to switch : Best experience till now and while using it one never gets fill odd or nervous. The Home page itself says all about the functionality and makes it easier for a user to go to that particular page with just clicks. This is the most important thing I have seen.
