“Amazingly Effective, All-In-One Project Management”

Pros : All-in-one project management and team collaboration solution that is incredibly efficient. Before we began using TaskOPad, we struggled with intra-team cooperation and bad, militated connectivity. This amazing and functional tool was a breakthrough for us and I'm not overwhelming here! TaskOPad is a one-stop solution that has all the right features under one roof, making it simple for all the team members to be on the same page. Intelligent task management helped to promote openness and consistency in the team when everybody knew the tasks and when it should be completed. The need to use emails to ask questions and answer questions has minimized group talk. Team participants can only send and receive direct communications in a matter of seconds. TaskOPad is a pocket-friendly tool for small and growing teams with easy, defined pricing plans.

Cons : I couldn't see something wrong, so I'd love to see further convergence with other app.

““Great scalable solution for small and medium size”

Pros : TaskOPad is very easy to use, the interface is clean and intuitive. We can invite external clients to see the status of their projects without incurring in additional costs and the pricing strategy makes sense for us.

Cons : Not any kind of Integration is available.

“TaskOPad -one of the best Task Management”

Pros : I have managed my unorganized sector into organized sector. I am pretty much happy that I can keep my all track under one roof Thanks to TaskOPad.

Cons : There is no much Graphical analytics to see how much project has been done.

“Simplified teamwork with improved transparency ”

Pros : Simplified teamwork with improved transparency We started using it on free trial and we realized the first week that this is the software we wanted. One of the best factors is that it is updated regularly to add new features without an additional fee on us. With our team we are able to set goals and divide them into smaller goals that are distributed among team members in the software and we are able to track easily progress on each goal based on deadlines. We are able to track workloads and monitor portfolios on a single dashboard with a few clicks which makes it very user friendly. When we rolled it out we did not need special training as it is very easy to use. We automated all routine tasks in the software to save time and reduce errors. In addition, another feature I enjoy is the use of forms that are user friendly to submit work requests. They are very easy to fill.

Cons : Still waiting on Forms that can be created and used at a Team level and not just a project level. I'd love to be able to do more automation with in the software itself. Right now I have to use google forms and zapier to do any if/then functionality.

“TaskOPad cross device compatibility is a great feature”

Pros : TaskOPad provides task lists, status etc., at a glance with various dashboards. It helps to manage a team working from different locations. I can easily track and follow up on the progress of tasks with the mobile app without logging into the pc.

Cons : Need to work on UI and integrations support

Pros : Would recommend this app for managing your daily activities. After-service is quite nice.

Cons : More features can be there compared to what others are providing.
