Pros : It assists us in keeping track of all of our training courses and the participants who have registered for them. It enables us to produce reports that aid in the analysis of this data for business improvement. The customer care team always responds so quickly, and they'll make sure to address your concern as soon as they can. They'll also follow up on the issue beyond the original contact.

“Great product and easy to grasp.”

Pros : The resources and navigation are great! The user interface and functionality of the product are simple to grasp. Lesson, path, and certification creation is enjoyable, and the grader's insights are really beneficial.

Cons : If person A is developing content that they won't be able to manage regularly, it would be nice to be able to give ownership of a lesson or path to someone else.

“Excellent tool”

Pros : It is user-friendly and simple to design into. The ability to assign, grade, and track trainings offers many efficiencies that make management simple. There are many choices for adding content, including videos, links, files, and assignments, and the process of adding these features is fairly easy.

“Easy-to-understand lessons for quicker onboarding”

Pros : The more technical onboarding components were broken down into chaptered lectures by my sales enablement team. In this style, internal tool usage, procedures, and everyday activities were simple to follow! A lot of aid came from the multi-media breakdown of the textual, quiz, and video information.

“Great product with space to develop”

Pros : It is really intuitive and user-friendly. The LMS is the greatest I've ever used. The software provides a tonne of nice integration options, and the events function is fantastic! I also appreciate the ability to time-block specific components of a prescribed learning route.

“The BEST platform for "Learning, Practice, and Application!"”

Pros : This product excels in a wide range of aspects and capabilities: Plans for Skills + Coaching - Make a list of the skills your students must master (we connected it to our performance and career progression models), and then make coaching schedules for your teams based on that list. Think of Knowledge (also known as the Ollie the Llama Slack integration) as a modern Query Jeeves for your Slack, where users can ask Onllne, and the content they're looking for will appear on demand. A very user-friendly interface for both administrators and students.

“Simple to Use and real-time reporting generator.”

Pros : As a creator and consumer of lessons, I value how easy it is to use. With the drag and drop functionality, you can quickly and effectively arrange courses while creating a lesson so that they are easy to revisit and edit without having to scroll for hours.

Cons : I don't have many complaints about it. It can occasionally take a while for adjustments to be made, or the real-time reporting for scoring test takers can take a while to update. Other than that, not many people have complained!

“Support and Collaboration”

Pros : We made the decision to transfer from our previous vendor to Lessonly (now Seismic), and we sincerely value the collaboration and assistance provided before, during, and after installation. The entire team from the software vendor—CSM, AE, Strategy, and Support—is without a doubt the best we've ever deal with.
