“Reliable Malware Detection”

Systweak Antivirus impressed me by removing and detecting malware that my previous antivirus completely missed. It keeps my system secure and works smoothly. The features however are basic, I wish it had some advanced tools.

Pros : Before this, my previous antivirus software could not detect some of the malware in my system, but Systweak antivirus really did its job by successfully detecting and removing malware.

Cons : Although it works smoothly, I found that the feature set is basic and feels somewhat lackluster.

Switched from : Symantec End-user

Reason to switch : Symantec was not catching all the malware on my system, which made me lose trust.

“Lightweight but Slow Customer Support”

For someone who juggles multiple tasks on their computer all that. It runs smoothly in the background without slowing me down. The only issue is the unresponsive customer support.

Pros : Working in a job where I constantly must switch tabs and multitask, I was impressed by its lightweight structure as it did not slow down my computer while I was hard at work.

Cons : The only drawback was that it has a lot of delays when it comes to customer support. When I contacted them, the response time was slower than expected.

Reason to switch : Webroot Business Endpoint was resource-heavy and often slowed down my system while working. I wanted something lighter

“Strong Protection Against Threats”

The multi-layered protection that Systweak Antivirus provides is good, it makes me feel secure against ransomware and phishing attacks. But I was disappointed that there is no mobile app, it would’ve been amazing if it could secure all my devices.

Pros : I really appreciate its multi-layered approach as it gave me peace of mind, especially against ransomware and phishing attacks.

Cons : I could not find a dedicated mobile application for the antivirus, which would have been great for cross-device security.

Switched from : CrowdStrike Falcon

Reason to switch : CrowdStrike is complex and not as user-friendly as I wanted. Systweak was simple and offered effective protection.

“Always Updated for Safety”

Systweak Antivirus regularly updates its virus definitions, which makes me comfortable knowing that my system is protected from the latest threats. However, the constant pop-ups reminding me to upgrade or renew my license can get annoying.

Pros : The software updates its virus definitions regularly, which keeps my system safe from new threats.

Cons : I often receive pop-ups reminding me to get an upgrade or new license which really got annoying at one point.

Switched from : Microsoft Defender

Reason to switch : Microsoft Defender was not catching as many threats and my system was slow. Systweak had better overall protection.

“Amazing Real-Time Protection”

The real-time protection feature of Systweak Antivirus constantly watches over my system. But I was dissatisfied that it does not support macOS, as I use Apple devices regularly.

Pros : My favourite feature about the antivirus is the real-time protection feature as it constantly monitors my system for any future threats. This feature keeps me at ease knowing that my system won’t be corrupted.

Cons : I found out that it does not have any support for macOS, and I use Apple products as my primary devices.

Switched from : Acronis Cyber Protect

Reason to switch : Acronis was expensive and had way too many features that I would not use. I wanted a simpler and more affordable solution for my Windows device.

“Affordable Antivirus”

The interface is straight forward and it keeps my PC secure without making it slow. That said, the free version felt quite limited, so I eventually opted for the paid plan, which turned out to be worth it.

Pros : I found that Systweak Antivirus to be more reasonably priced compared to other big-name antiviruses making it a much more budget-friendly option for people like me.

Cons : I was using the free version for quite a while and found that it had very restrictive features, which pushed me towards the paid version.

Switched from : ThreatDown

Reason to switch : ThreatDown became too expensive for me and I was tired of how much it slowed down my system during scans.

“Fast Scans That Save Time”

The fast-scanning feature of Systweak Antivirus is helpful since it is quick and lets me get back to work without long waits while keeping me secure. However, I found the advanced settings to be limited, which was a downside since I like tweaking them.

Pros : The fast-scanning feature was quick which has saved me from getting work done faster and not having to wait while still ensuring my safety.

Cons : The settings feel like they are limited as I could not tweak the advanced settings that much which might be a downside for power users like me.

Switched from : GoTo Resolve

Reason to switch : I wanted ease of use and faster performance. GoTo Resolve was too slow during scans which kind of impacted my productivity.

“Simple and Effective Software”

I did not need any tech expertise to get it set up and was a breeze to use directly. However, it sometimes gets frustrating since it flags my files as threats. At the end, it keeps my system secure without anything major happening.

Pros : I like its simple layout which made it easier for me to go through settings without needing a tech background to understand it.

Cons : Occasionally some of my files and programs would get flagged as threats which can be annoying where I would sometimes switch it off.

Switched from : ESET PROTECT

Reason to switch : I was looking for something simpler and manageable without learning too much about technology regarding antiviruses. Systweak Antivirus checked all the right boxes.

“Good Privacy Protection but No VPN”

It really does a great job protecting my privacy, its tools have come in handy more than once to secure my personal data. The only thing that is missing is a built-in VPN.

Pros : The program really protects my privacy; the privacy guard tools are helpful and have secured my personal information on a few occasions.

Cons : I wish that it had included a VPN service as part of the package, many competitors offer VPNs.

Switched from : Sophos Intercept X

Reason to switch : Sophos was good, but it did not offer the level of privacy tools I needed. Systweak Antivirus provided better privacy features.

“Slow at First but Smooth Compatibility”

The compatibility with Windows is perfect and did not cause any problems with any of my apps. The first time I did a full scan however took a long time and it hasn’t been an issue since.

Pros : I found it to be very compatible with my Windows setup and did not cause any issues with any of the existing apps I had.

Cons : The initial system scan took much longer than I had anticipated.

Switched from : Central

Reason to switch : Central did not properly integrate with some of my apps, which caused a lot of problems and frustrations. I switched to Systweak for compatibility with my system.
