“Solid Support but Could Do with Some Cleanup”

In general, my interactions with SugarCRM's customer service have been positive. One drawback is that they frequently retain outdated features rather than updating or removing them, which can give the platform a bloated feel.

“Great Automation but Needs Improvement with Large Data”

The ability to create email, task, and reminder workflows with SugarCRM is something I like. However, I have found that it slows down when I load a lot of data, which can be annoying.

“Easy to Use but The Mobile App Needs Work”

I like how easy and uncomplicated SugarCRM's UI is. I do not feel overloaded because it does not attempt to fit every feature onto a single screen. But there's little doubt that the smartphone version needs an update. When I need to access it while on the go, it is a little awkward and does not function as well as I would like.

I like that I can take my data whenever I want and that I am not restricted to a single provider. But for a tiny company like mine, the prices can seem a little excessive. It is worth it if you have a larger crew, but it is a bit much for a startup.

It is difficult to discover in most CRMs, yet it works incredibly well for sectors like cloud kitchens. However, it may first feel a little intimidating if you are unfamiliar with CRMs. For me, the procedure would have been much simpler with a guided setup or onboarding.
