Pros : Systematic way of managing data,Maintains close relationships with customers to solve their queries and also It is low-cost, providing excellent value for its features and functionality

I Opted this application for the purpose of Bulk messaging and promotions,I had a good experience with this application, almost all my requirements fulfill.

I Opted this application for the purpose of Bulk messaging and promotions,I had a good experience with this application, almost all my requirements fulfill.

Pros : User friendly, Better Interaction with customers, collecting leads from different sources to increase our business, Our team also developed so many shortcuts ways to gather all the leads details in one place like importing, bulk actions which reduces user?effort.

Cons : Sometimes delay in support not regularly but in rare. No other cons apart from this minor.

“ManageMyLeads CRM”

I opted this CRM service for running campaigns and promotions which resulted in a very good performance and highly reliable to send bulk promotions easily. Apart from the desired service they also provide other managements which are really a good service and also, they provide mobile app to enable to CRM data and features.

Pros : They are providing a good support during the implementation sessions and also very accurate in fulfilling the other requirements we have asked for immediately.

Cons : A little bit of UI enhancement can?be?maintained.

“My Experience with ManageMyLeads”

Overall it’s a good experience so far with following pros and cons

Pros : Integration with different platforms and chatbot (WhatsApp automation) features. When we updated status on WhatsApp it will capture in CRM. Lead allocation and call logs capturing. Further, it is easy to make template approving. We can get bulk WhatsApp Reports, Official WhatsApp API. Additionally, users can send quotations, manage opportunities and conduct commerce on WhatsApp.

Cons : Need time to understand all the features.

Pros : Whatsapp Notifications and Whatsapp based Lead management, Promotion based Leads Segregation, ChatBot based of requirement/state etc.

Cons : Using it from 6 months, till now Didn't face any?cons?till?now.

Users can also view detailed information about each lead, including contact details and history.

Cons : New users may need some time to fully understand all features. Might need more additional features for better customization needs.

Snap Pe is a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management system designed to streamline business processes, enhance customer interactions, and drive sales growth. It provides a unified platform for managing customer relationships, sales, marketing, and customer service.

Pros : Good co-ordination with customers, I myself got my issues resolved quickly with the parallel co-ordination. This CRM is very helpful for the customers for increasing the sales. When our agents contact an applicant, everything we need — all the pertinent information — is integrated nicely into SnapPe, which makes us far more efficient than if we were trying to figure things out with phone calls. Snap Pe lets us focus our teams on innovation, creativity, and deploying the best product that we can into the marketplace. It’s brought us real and significant business results.

Cons : Some times, the application is throwing errors which is causing the action to be stopped.
