“Feedback on Smartflo”

Pros : I am using Smartflo for 6 months and I am highly satisfied with the services. Integrated CRM feature makes my work very smooth and easy, it also provides customized dashboard where you can get each and every minute details. The pricing is also very budget friendly.

Cons : None as of now

Switched from : EasyGoIVR

Reason to switch : Pricing is the main reason I switched to Smartflo.

“overall good with major bugs like any user can create admin”

Pros : Overall product is nice but security issues.

“Pathetic Services Poor flow”

They offered lot of features and took Rs 89680 advance for implementation. After implantation, 80% of calls were getting missed and even WhatsApp configuration which was offered was not given to me. No service of raised issues. I will never recommend using Tata Tele services to anyone.
