I have only been using this CRM for a couple of months, but I can confidently say that my team has adapted quickly. The UI and UX are exceptional, making it incredibly user-friendly, and since the learning curve was minimal, there was not much resistance from my team. The dashboard is comprehensive and easy to navigate. Although I haven’t fully explored the reporting features yet, based on my current usage, I find the system both user-friendly and affordable. The only downside I have noticed is the lack of integration and workflow automation features. While I don't personally need them, as my business isn’t on the scale of a large corporation, some other CRMs in this price range do offer these options. Despite this, I chose this CRM for its clean design and ease of use, and it effectively handles almost my entire sales process.
