“Silvertrac is the 800lb gorilla in the industry!”

Pros : As a security company owner with 20+ years in the industry, this software is a MUST have. It has beautiful reporting, GPS based guard activity monitoring, tours, tourcheck point, great client portal, level based alerting system, etc. Overall, we're very pleased with the software and the customer tech support is excellent.

Cons : It does lack a scheduling component and that is a weak spot to consider. I'm looking at other software to compare for pricing as SIlvertrac's biggest drawback is the cost.

Reason to switch : Would be impossible for us to track guard activity without it!
