“Sifabso is customizable as per my laundry business needs”

Pros : I use Sifabso on both computer and mobile and honestly, this is by far the best laundry management software. It offers so much flexibility in terms of changing the look of my POS screen as per the branding requirement. No longer I need to remind customers about their pending payments through calls. The software sends automated payment SMS and emails.

Cons : Sifabso offers regular updates but these updates may become an issue by freezing the image uploading process. This may frustrate you initially but help is always available and you can contact their customer department.

Reason to switch : As my business expanded, I needed a software that helps manage multiple locations through a single screen.

“Best POS software for my laundry business”

Pros : Sifabso is best for handling multiple dry cleaning stores. Its reporting and analytics system provided these granular reports of all stores and can export these to Excel in single click. When I was setting up the software for other stores, I thought it would be tedious but that too can be done in one click. Plus, you can also give your employees access to the app.

Cons : Maybe they could have been more regular with the updates. However, after four months of usage, we never faced any major issue with the software. Hoping to get a good deal at the time of license renewal.

Reason to switch : The dashboard of the last product was complex, making it difficult for my employees to access the features comfortably.

“All-in-one management of your dry-cleaning business”

Pros : I was planning to scale my dry cleaning business by incorporating some changes based on regular customers' feedback. Sifabso helped me send automated feedback forms to customers for collecting reviews.?Also, my customers can easily check their order status and loyalty points. It also supports in-app digital payments.

Cons : Initially had some trouble using it on my Windows 10 system but Sifabso’s customer services team resolved it.

Reason to switch : he last laundry management system would crash frequently affecting the daily processes. There were also update issues that made image loading difficult.
