“Top Notch Security but Maintenance is a Commitment”

The great security features of Siebel CRM are what I like most about it. I feel at ease knowing that my clients' private information is secure. The constant upgrades and maintenance are a bit of a pain.

“Seamless Integration but Complex Customization”

Our time and effort have been reduced by the integration of Siebel CRM with other Oracle applications. It has been excellent for simplifying procedures involving many tools. However, even while customisation choices are great, they need a lot of technical knowledge.

“Convenient on the Go, but Lacks Third-Party Flexibility”

I like being able to manage client data from anywhere using the Siebel CRM mobile app. It can be challenging to integrate with third-party programs. With Oracle products, it functions flawlessly, however with other tools, it feels less smooth.

“Great for Data Management, but Needs Expert Support”

In terms of data management, Siebel CRM excels. Our operations have really benefited from its ability to keep everything accessible and structured. Unfortunately, the system is complicated and the service is not always the best. Maintain it functioning properly, you must surely need a knowledgeable IT staff.

“Great for Automation but Be Ready to Learn”

I like how Siebel CRM saves me time and allows me to concentrate on more crucial work by automating tedious chores and procedures. It was difficult to bring the squad up to speed. It needed a lot of training to get everyone accustomed to the system because of its high learning curve.
