“Great Collaboration but Missing Live Chat”

Collaborating with my team is easier because I can communicate notes, tasks, and updates with them with ease. Even though the support is decent, I do wish they had live chat because I miss having immediate assistance at my fingertips.

Reason to switch : Leadsquared did not offer the same level of collaboration features as ServitiumCRM.

“Time-Saving Automation with Detailed Reports”

I save a great deal of time and effort by using it to automate repetitive operations. Even though the reports are quite detailed, they can occasionally be difficult to understand if you do not have any prior expertise or experience.

“Smooth Streamlined CRM Solution”

ServitiumCRM integrates with the other products I now use is what I like most about it. I save a ton of time and trouble since my data moves seamlessly between platforms. The lack of a free plan is the main drawback; I had to begin with a paid subscription, which required some commitment.

As my company expands, I have discovered that ServitiumCRM is a perfect fit. It is scalable and allows me to grow without feeling constrained. The lack of a free trial can be a little bothersome since I was unable to thoroughly evaluate it before committing to a subscription plan.

“Convenient Mobile Access with Room for Automation Improvement”

I value the complete mobile accessibility that ServitiumCRM provides. Having access to anything on my phone is fantastic, especially while I am out. Though useful, I do wish the automated options were more sophisticated to manage some of the trickier jobs.

Comparing ServitiumCRM to other CRMs I have used, it is economical. I get excellent value for the money. It can be a little slow to load especially when working with big datasets, but it is tolerable.
