“best solution for managing visitors”

Pros : Having tried out various solutions over the past 5 years. It is obvious that SeQure/Ara is the best solution for managing visitors on multiple floors and managing packages. It is very easy to set up the iPad app, users appreciate getting notifications when Interview candidates arrive at the front desk, they can get a notification message by E-mail or Text message and Slack instant message. What I like most in the system is the customizable input fields (visitor information) that can be modified if desired. Also the interface of the visitor registration form and the receptionist's dashboard in monitoring visitors.

Cons : Haven't found any yet - been using it for almost a year (less the closed office of the last couple of months due to COVID).

“Right Software for Safe Visitor Check-In”

Pros : Initially we tried SeQure for our corporate office in Delhi. It was easy to install the asset light solution in our front kiosk (The idea to scan QR code and check-in using smart visitor phones was a break through), our front office receptionist was happy with the touchless check-in process. I was extremely happy that I was introduced to this solution at the right time (when COVID pandemic was around). After using it for nearly one month we got SeQure installed across our multiple locations in India.

“Highly recommend the frontdesk solution”

Pros : With increasing security challenges of schools and colleges, Installing SeQure was an easy decision. The intuitive features help us identify who entered the school premise, determine if their visit is authorised, and deny entry to individuals when necessary. Primarily most parents are concerned regarding the safety of their kids, having a comprehensive visitor screening and managing system has given us an extra edge in ensuring a safe and secured school premise.

Cons : Few parents are a bit reluctant to check-in using the solution.

“Contactless Check-in Solution - QR Code Check-In”

Pros : The QR Code Based Visitor Management System is so easy to use. The touchless visitor check-in feature gives you an edge in preventing the spread of COVID risk. Our visitors were able to seamlessly check-in on their smartphone and easily connect with the host in realtime. With SeQure the front office experience was simply at its best. The pre-registration feature helps us streamline the security process and minimize confusion.

Cons : Dashboard cluttered with features.

Pros : Right solution for corporates. With the smart touchless visitor management solution, we got a strong foot in reopening our manufacturing company once the lockdown restrictions are liberalized. Perfectly designed to manage visitor's/ employees entering the office premise. We got to seamlessly integrate SeQure with our existing workplace management solution and ensure that the product lines are operated well within the SOP released by the state government.

“Powerful visitor management tool for securing business premises”

Pros : SeQure is a smart tool for visitor management and ensures the safety of employees and visitors. Its facial detection feature is accurate and ensures that there are no fake entries. Given the pandemic situation, we don't want to take any chances and the software has also been helps in assigning self-declaration COVID forms to visitors.

Cons : We are already using the app for schedule management. However, the bulk SMS feature is missing for conference purposes.

Reason to switch : We couldn't compromise with the safety of our employees and hence we made a move to SeQure that has advanced visitor tracking features

“Ensures contactless visitor management”

Pros : We are using SeQure for visitor management for quite a long time. The visitor management system has proved even more useful in this COVID situation. The customer care is available 24/7 to address even the slightest issue.

Cons : The multi-language support is missing.

Reason to switch : More robust features were required as the number of client visits to our office increased with time.
