“Does almost all the work required perfectly”

“automated grade calculations”

Pros : The software has a rich set of features. The most notable one is its automated grade calculations. Being a class teacher, this really caught my attention as now, I am able to put the grades of each student and also track their performance separately. The automatic sharing of report cards with the parents serves as an additional benefit as parents are also kept in the loop regarding the progress of their wards.

Cons : Although there are absolutely no technical flaws with the software, the only thing that was missing is that SchoolPad doesn’t support the Linux OS. Apart from that, everything works just fine!

“Manage students performance easily”

Pros : It is not possible to maintain the data of each and every student in a classroom. But with SchoolPad, I can manage the performance of every student in my classroom and also figure out the performance of every student and focus on their improvement. This has helped me immensely. Also, the report generating capability of the software on a student-basis is an added advantage.

Cons : The only negative thing I encountered was the deployment factor. The software doesn’t support perpetual deployment mode. But this is a minor issue. I didn’t come across any major issues with SchoolPad.

“Seamless communication with class teacher”

Pros : As a school management staff, I was looking for a software with a clean and user-friendly interface for managing the administrative tasks and having effective parent-teacher communication. Thanks to SchoolPad, teachers can communicate with parents smoothly and administrative tasks can be managed easily.

Cons : To be honest, I was hoping that SchoolPad would provide me with SMS alerts so that I can inform the parents regarding important announcements or report the progress of their wards. I found it to be missing. Additionally, I want the software to incorporate online test management so that the schools can take online exams and declare results accordingly.
